Startup Community Meetup

Startup Community Meetup is an evening for the people who build, host and grow communities online — founders, event organisers, marketers and creators who care about turning a single link into a real conversation.

We are bringing the Wiire team and a room full of organisers together in Tirana for one relaxed, practical evening. No long keynote marathons and no sales pitches: two short talks, a live walkthrough of the product, and plenty of time to meet the people behind the pages you have been visiting.

What the evening looks like

• 18:30 — Doors open. Grab a drink, pick up your badge and check in with the code from your confirmation email.
• 19:00 — Opening. A five-minute tour of what Wiire does today and where the platform is heading next.
• 19:30 — Talk: From link to guest list. A live walkthrough of events, waitlists, confirmation emails and check-in at the door, including the mistakes we made while building them.
• 20:15 — Networking. Snacks, drinks and open conversation with the team and the other organisers in the room.

Who it is for

If you run meetups, conferences, workshops or any kind of community — or if you are simply curious about building a page that actually converts — this evening is for you. Designers, developers and marketers are just as welcome as full-time organisers; the conversations are always better when the room is mixed.

Good to know

The event is free to attend, but the hall has a limited capacity of 120 people, so registration is required. Once you register you will receive a confirmation email with a link to add the date to your calendar; keep the confirmation code handy, because it is what we use to check you in at the entrance.

Tirana Business Park is easy to reach by car or bus, and there is parking on site. The hall is on the ground floor and step-free. If you have any access needs or dietary requirements, tell us in the registration form and we will take care of it.

Doors open at 18:30 and the programme starts at 19:00 sharp. Come early, stay late, and bring a friend — we would rather have a full room than an empty one.
