Wiire is a link-in-bio and event-page service. This page explains what the app stores, why it stores it, and what you can do about it.
What we store
- Account details you provide: name, email, username, avatar and cover image.
- The content you create: links, events, contacts, and the submissions people send through your forms.
- First-party usage data: page views, link clicks, referrer and country derived from the request. Wiire does not use third-party advertising trackers. Aggregate traffic figures also come from Google Analytics 4 — see “Cookies and local storage” below — and are never sold or used to build advertising profiles.
Optional features
Some features are optional and only run when they are enabled for the service: transactional email, bot protection on public forms, and AI-assisted business-card scanning. When enabled, each one processes only the data needed to deliver that feature.
Cookies and local storage
Wiire uses a cookie to keep you signed in and local storage to remember your light or dark theme. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_<container>) to tell returning visitors apart; they feed the aggregate traffic reports only. There are no advertising cookies, and the site keeps working if all of them are blocked in the browser.
Analytics cookies are only written after you accept them, and your answer is remembered. You can at any time.
Your choices
You can edit or delete the content you add from the dashboard at any time. To delete the whole account, open Settings → Danger zone while signed in: we email you a confirmation link, and the account — profile, links, contacts, leads, analytics, events and uploaded images — is removed only after you open it and confirm. For a copy of your account data, email [email protected].
Changes
