FAQ

Questions, answered.

The short version of how Wiire works. Anything missing here is usually one click away on the privacy page.

Is Wiire free?

Creating a page is free and does not ask for a card. You only need an email address to start.

Do I need my own domain?

No. Every page lives at wii.re/your-name — the username you choose is the address you share.

Can I change my handle later?

Yes, from Profile → Username in the dashboard. The new handle has to be free and follow the rules: 3–30 lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, never starting or ending with a hyphen.

What can I put on my page?

A title, bio, avatar and cover; social platforms and custom links; lead forms; your own brand colours; a layout you choose; scheduled links and a highlight for the one that matters most.

How do events work?

Each event gets a public page with cover, date, place, speakers and agenda. Registrations go through a double opt-in, capacity is enforced on the server, and a full event moves new sign-ups to the waitlist. Export the guest list as CSV or check guests in from the dashboard.

Can I export attendees and leads?

Yes. Guest lists and lead lists export as CSV, which opens in Excel and any spreadsheet app.

How does the AI card scan work?

Photograph a business card and the scan suggests the name, company and contact fields. You review and correct them before saving. The scanner is optional and only runs when it is enabled for the service — manual entry always works.

What do the analytics measure?

First-party page views, link clicks, CTR, unique visitors, referrers, countries and devices, over the last 7, 14 or 30 days. No third-party advertising trackers.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The page and the dashboard are responsive, and the share sheet uses the native share dialog with copy, QR and vCard fallbacks.

How do I delete my data?

Edit or delete content from the dashboard at any time. To delete the whole account, open Settings → Danger zone: we email you a confirmation link, and the profile, links, contacts, leads, analytics, events and uploaded images are removed once you confirm. For a copy of your data, contact the operator.
